John Crouse, owner and operator, has been in the towing industry for over a decade, always striving to ensure that Precision Towing & Recovery takes care of its customers. Kimberly Gilliam runs the office and keeps John in line. You can sometimes catch John riding along with his son Brayden and his stepson James. They love to tag along to help their father tow cars and assist customers.
